Welcome to our new Roivant Support platform! You may notice that some portal features from ServiceNow - like specific request tiles and approval steps - may not be present in the new portal. But don’t worry – this is just the beginning!
We are rebuilding our portal, targeting what works best for you, for Roivant, and for all Vants, based on your feedback. Some tiles will be replaced and new features will be added.
For now, all you need to do for any support request is to email ask@roivant.com or use the Request Support tile in the portal, and we'll take it from there.
